Biography
The founder of Preeminent Healthcare has 15 years of professional experience in supporting the aging population, those with mental and physical disabilities. Henrietta has a Bachelor’s of Science in Psychology with an emphasis on Applied Behavior Analysis and a wealth of professional experience in working with individuals with all types of disabilities.
Henrietta cared for her aging mother before she died, in order to avoid nursing homes and rehab facilities. Historically, Henrietta has worked with individuals with autism and other developmental disabilities in home settings, schools, day treatment centers, and inpatient settings focused on skill acquisition and verbal behavior, the reduction of severe problematic behaviors, and feeding disorders.
Henrietta has learned that the best way to ensure a business is providing the best services and products to their consumers is to focus on the leaders and operations of the business. In order to help ensure that Preeminent Healthcare is a thriving in-home agency Henrietta focuses on leadership development, business systems analysis, performance management, and ethical practices.
She has successfully served the elderly, mentally and physically disabled- in the role of a DSP (Direct Support Professional) as well as managed caseloads with successful outcomes for over 10 years, up to the present. Preeminent Healthcare’s overall plan is to restore some of the community trust through fidelity, integrity, training, ethics, commitment to our brand, and providing the best care possible.
